FAQ
Frequently asked questions about the Strelitzia Discord bot.
General
3Basic questions about Strelitzia and getting started.
Strelitzia is a feature-rich Discord bot built for server management, moderation, and community engagement. It includes logging, verification, fun commands, and more.
At minimum, Strelitzia needs Send Messages and Embed Links. For full functionality (moderation, logging, verification), it also needs Manage Messages, Kick Members, Ban Members, Manage Roles, and View Audit Log. For role management you will need to ensure that the Strelitzia-generated Discord role is above any role you want Strelitzia to manage.
Commands
3How to use and manage bot commands.
Use /help in your server or browse the Commands section of this documentation.
Common reasons: - Strelitzia doesn't have the required permissions - The command is on cooldown - The command is disabled for your server via the integration settings
Yes. Go to your server integration settings in discord. Select Strelitzia, and configure which commands are enabled or disabled, or lock them behind roles.
Moderation
3Logging, warnings, and moderation tools.
Go to the dashboard, select your server, navigate to the Logging section, and choose which events to log and where. See the Logging feature page for details.
Warnings are tracked per-user per-server, each with a severity level and a reason. When issuing a warning, a moderator can apply a follow-up action (Timeout, Kick, or Ban) which takes effect immediately. Actions are chosen per warning, not triggered automatically by thresholds. See the /warn command and the Warnings feature for more info.
Yes. The dashboard shows a member's full warning history, including any follow-up action (timeout, kick, or ban) recorded against each warning.
Verification
2Server verification setup and options.
See the Verification Setup guide for step-by-step instructions.
Strelitzia supports button click and CAPTCHA verification. CAPTCHA offers the most protection against bot raids.
