Overview#
Post a poll as an embed with buttons to vote. For a one-off question in chat, /poll quick is simpler; for a run of questions with a web vote page and a stream overlay, use a poll session on the dashboard.

Behavior#
- Opens a form for the question and its options
- Posts an embed with a button per option; tallies update in place as people vote
- One vote per person, changeable while the poll is open
- Requires the Manage Messages permission
